Having trouble with my Autel MK808BT, unable to scan ANY vehicle after expiry on membership

    Ive tried to factory reset the device with no results. I am unable to scan any vehicle at all and I am unable to update my device due to my membership expiring, I do not want to update this device because it is reserved for our older vehicles in the work shop and works well when it was functioning.

    Im hoping someone can shed some light on this error if possible

    Hi, if you did a factory reset ,you need to buy a new prescription to get the new
    updates ,in that case you can use your device again.

     What a scam this company is. I got the same thing. It worked fine as I only have older vehicles. Im just a homeowner with 2 vehicles and use it for them only. 

    It's not like I make money from it. 

    Not worth the money what a scam
